Chattanooga U-Brew is proud to be the River City’s only brew-on-premises joint. Running out of our St Elmo location for the last two years Chattanooga U-Brew has made it its mission to provide an enjoyable brewing experience for people of all levels of experience.

If it’s your first time we will guide you through everything, explaining the entire process and making sure that your first brew is so good that it’s sure to not be your last.

If you have a number of brews under your belt we will sit back and let you concentrate but will always be there at the end to clean up the mess, leaving you free to mark your calendar for the date your beer will be ready for collection.

We offer a wide variety of standard recipes and welcome people to get creative and bring along their own recipes to make unique beers with. We can brew up to six different batches of beer at a time so can easily cater to large groups of people who wish to hang out, have some fun and make lots of tasty beer together.

 

Groups are invited to bring along food and finished beverages and can pass the slower brewing moments with our dartboard and foosball table. Once your beer has fermented and been carbonated we can transfer it to your own keg or use our machine to either bottle or can the suds

 
We also stock a small number of brewing ingredients for those who have their own equipment at home. Please note our stocks are strictly defined, so please call to make sure we have what you are looking for.
